Job Summary

Join the pre-sales organization for Adobe Digital Learning and champion Adobe Learning Manager (ALM) through high-impact demos, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept engagements. Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, shaping scalable, outcome-driven learning solutions based on their strategies and technology landscape. Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to drive executive buy-in, validate solutions, and translate customer needs into enhancements that improve adoption and measurable KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver transformative product experiences via demos, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept engagements for Adobe Learning Manager.
•Advise enterprise customers by uncovering learning strategy challenges and designing scalable, outcome-driven solutions.
•Lead the pre-sales journey with Sales and Customer Success from discovery and solution design to technical validation and executive buy-in.
•Engage senior stakeholders across Business, IT, and HR/L&D to align learning transformation initiatives with KPIs and business outcomes.
•Collaborate cross-functionally to translate customer needs into solution enhancements and provide structured feedback to Product Management.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of enterprise SaaS solution consulting experience across technical discovery, architecture design, and large-scale integrations.
•Proven expertise in SaaS architecture, API development, and data flow design for automation and cross-platform orchestration.
•Experience designing and configuring enterprise LMS/LXP solutions, with Adobe Learning Manager experience strongly preferred.
•Hands-on experience designing and executing proof-of-concept solutions using modern integration and programming frameworks.
•Strong technical proficiency in SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus understanding of RESTful API design and JSON data structures.
