Key Responsibilities

•Perform Southside Bank customer service standards during each interaction
•Process teller transactions accurately (deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, change orders) and refer questionable items appropriately
•Follow fraud prevention and compliance procedures, including transaction reporting (e.g., CTRs, SARs), Reg CC holds, and BSA/anti-money laundering requirements
•Maintain cash drawer limits and daily balancing, reporting cash outages to management
•Assist with branch operational duties such as opening/closing and follow safety policies

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Graduate or the equivalent
•Minimum 6 months cash handling or customer service experience preferred
•Proficient in typing, 10-key calculator, and data entry
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Completion and comprehension of Southside Bank instructor-led classes: New Employee Orientation; Teller Training, Teller Advanced, and Professional Teller
