Own end-to-end payroll processing for the UK and Ireland, while managing a local vendor for MEA countries. Ensure compliance, execute employee and tax authority/social security payments, and process payroll journal entries into the general ledger with monthly wage tax returns. Serve as the primary contact for HR and Finance partners, providing financial analysis on the impact of legislative changes to social security, benefits, and taxes.
