Job Summary

Build and lead the ML technical roadmap for Netflix’s Live Ads, partnering with the Live Ads product team and collaborating across ML pods spanning forecasting, targeting & personalization, bidding & pacing, auction, and yield optimization. Design and implement ML and optimization algorithms to improve ad quality and performance, and develop online/offline evaluation frameworks using large-scale production data. Communicate trade-offs and experiment results to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.

•Experience in ad optimization stack areas such as targeting, ranking, and bidding (Live ads is a plus).
•Proficiency with Python, Scala, or Java, plus strong communication to influence technical direction and collaborate across teams.
