Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform ti-etch, deburring, filing, polishing, and cleaning of landing gear components before heat treat as specified.
  • •Occasionally support robotic deburring processes.
  • •Support quality initiatives through operator self-verification (OSV).
  • •Operate overhead cranes to move large parts.
  • •Participate in LEAN and continuous improvement; support rework and surface finishing parts as required.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma with 1-3 years of current deburring experience.

  • •Demonstrated ability to use Matrix and read/interpret the latest MPS/APS.
