Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver hands-on technical implementations with international public-sector customers using supported OpenAI technologies and model APIs (including Codex).
  • •Identify and qualify GenAI opportunities, then build and maintain a comprehensive backlog aligned to customers’ AI roadmaps.
  • •Accelerate customer time to value through prototypes and strategic guidance, often with systems integrators and implementation partners.
  • •Design AI architectures with explicit boundaries for data, inference, evaluation, and production readiness, accounting for regulated environments and authorization.
  • •Scale the Applied AI Engineering function by sharing knowledge, codifying best practices, publishing notebooks, and providing high-signal feedback to Product, Engineering, and Research.

Key Requirements

  • •Substantial technical consulting or hands-on delivery experience with international public-sector or similarly regulated customers, bridging regional technical teams and senior stakeholders.
  • •Successfully led GenAI or traditional ML implementations for government agencies in collaboration with systems integrators and implementation partners.
  • •Understand network and cloud architecture, including on-premise deployments, with practical judgment on privacy, data residency, model-inference location, sovereign environments, identity, procurement, and authorization.
  • •Experience in programming languages like Python, Go, or Typescript.
  • •Existing UK Developed Vetting (DV) clearance is strongly preferred, particularly for UK intelligence and defense customer work.
