Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead BU transformation activities during rollout phases and ensure alignment with central objectives
  • •Orchestrate change levers including stakeholder alignment, communication, training, and adoption to drive rapid and sustainable changes
  • •Define and execute structured transformation plans (sponsorship, stakeholder engagement, communication roadmap, resistance mitigation)
  • •Conduct Change Impact & Adoption Analysis and translate findings into actionable plans
  • •Guide BU in implementing the Target Operating Model, clarifying roles, ways of working, training plans, and operating model details

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in transformation, change management, rollout delivery, or equivalent program contexts
  • •Master’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field
  • •Experience working in a multi-country environment and coordinating across BU(s)
  • •Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
  • •Knowledge of Agile/Safe methodologies and change management best practices
