Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Lead BU transformation activities during rollout phases and ensure alignment with central objectives
•Orchestrate change levers including stakeholder alignment, communication, training, and adoption to drive rapid and sustainable changes
•Define and execute structured transformation plans (sponsorship, stakeholder engagement, communication roadmap, resistance mitigation)
•Conduct Change Impact & Adoption Analysis and translate findings into actionable plans
•Guide BU in implementing the Target Operating Model, clarifying roles, ways of working, training plans, and operating model details

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in transformation, change management, rollout delivery, or equivalent program contexts
•Master’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field
•Experience working in a multi-country environment and coordinating across BU(s)
•Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
•Knowledge of Agile/Safe methodologies and change management best practices
