Job Summary

Join the Insights & Intelligence team to turn market and brand data into actionable strategy. You’ll design research plans, build surveys and discussion guides, manage data gathering and fieldwork (including vendors), and analyze quantitative and qualitative findings. Key Responsibilities

•Design and contribute to research plans that address objectives and answer key questions.
•Draft research instruments such as surveys, polls, screeners, discussion guides, and Boolean searches.
•Manage and execute data gathering and fieldwork, including external vendor management when necessary.
•Project-manage Insights-based projects to ensure timely delivery and coordination with internal and external clients.
•Format, pull, and analyze data to draw insights, and produce deliverables including toplines, reports, visualizations, presentations, and memos.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 40,000 - 85,000

Key Requirements

•At least 3 years of experience primarily in market research, including quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
•Demonstrated experience with qualitative and quantitative primary research methods (e.g., surveys, in-depth interviews, focus groups).
•Strong writing, editing, and analytical skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills.
•Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel); a college degree or equivalent is preferred.
