Job Summary

Provide effective instruction across general faculty subjects and project management–related areas for second-language learners in a student-centered environment. Teach using course syllabi and program goals, integrate educational technology, and support student success through continuous assessment and feedback. Serve as an advisor, conduct applied research aligned to faculty interests and national innovation priorities, participate in committees and events, and handle course management and assessment reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to HCT’s system-wide strategy and assist with development/preservation of policies.
•Teach courses aligned to course syllabus and program goals, supporting learning in a second-language environment with continuous feedback.
•Evaluate students, update grades, and contribute to question banks and coursework assessments.
•Serve as a student advisor (office hours, at-risk action recommendations) and mentor students during internships and work placements.
•Conduct applied research, participate in conferences/committees, support student groups, and perform course management and assessment reporting (eCAF/CAR).

Key Requirements

•A Ph.D. in a relevant discipline is required where applicable, or a Master’s degree with a professional certification relevant to the discipline.
•Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in the relevant discipline.
•3+ years of relevant industry experience is preferred.
•Experience developing course curriculum according to accreditation and international standards.
•Experience incorporating educational technology into curriculum and instructional strategies.
