Key Responsibilities

•Lead the structural engineering of buildings and architecturally complex structures from concept through construction.
•Mentor staff, manage workload planning, and foster a high-performance team culture.
•Develop client relationships and drive growth of structural engineering services in the local market.
•Collaborate with architects, owners, developers, and engineers to pursue complex, high-value projects.
•Apply advanced structural analysis, BIM-enabled coordination, and digital delivery workflows to deliver efficient, constructible solutions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
•10+ years of post-education structural engineering experience
•Professional Engineer license required; SE licensure and multi-state registration preferred
•Strong proficiency in structural analysis and design for steel, concrete, timber, masonry and composite structures
•Proven ability to lead and mentor structural engineering teams and develop client relationships
