Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the structural engineering of buildings and architecturally complex structures from concept through construction.
  • •Mentor staff, manage workload planning, and foster a high-performance team culture.
  • •Develop client relationships and drive growth of structural engineering services in the local market.
  • •Collaborate with architects, owners, developers, and engineers to pursue complex, high-value projects.
  • •Apply advanced structural analysis, BIM-enabled coordination, and digital delivery workflows to deliver efficient, constructible solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
  • •10+ years of post-education structural engineering experience
  • •Professional Engineer license required; SE licensure and multi-state registration preferred
  • •Strong proficiency in structural analysis and design for steel, concrete, timber, masonry and composite structures
  • •Proven ability to lead and mentor structural engineering teams and develop client relationships
