Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage station preparation, planning, and execution of refueling and forced outages.
  • •Manage outage milestones and influence station and external stakeholders to complete preparation activities on time and with quality.
  • •Develop the station’s outage schedule to ensure integrated coordination while maintaining personnel, radiological, nuclear, and equipment safety.
  • •Apply lean techniques and continuous improvement to improve processes and add value to plant, people, processes, and equipment.
  • •Participate in industry benchmarking/peer groups to ensure top decile outage execution performance compared to similar design plants.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED equivalent required.
  • •Minimum 8 years of experience in Nuclear Power Plant Maintenance, Operations, or Work Management.
  • •SRO License or Certification required.
  • •Project Management/Scheduling experience is highly desired.
  • •Ability to safely manage outage planning, execution, and risk in a nuclear environment.
