Drive data-driven insights and growth strategies to improve user acquisition, engagement, and retention across Careem verticals. Collect and prepare data from SQL databases, APIs, and third-party tools; maintain data quality and automate pipelines. Perform EDA, A/B testing, user behavior analysis, and predictive forecasting. Build dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) and deliver weekly/monthly KPI reporting for CLTV, CAC, AOV, and ARPU.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive data-driven insights and strategies to fuel user acquisition, engagement, and retention for Careem verticals.
•Retrieve data from multiple sources (SQL databases, APIs, and third-party tools) and prepare clean datasets for analysis.
•Develop and automate data pipelines to support efficient, repeatable analytics workflows.
•Run exploratory data analysis and user behavior analysis by channel, vertical, and campaign; design and analyze A/B tests.
•Build and maintain dashboards and deliver weekly/monthly reports tracking growth KPIs such as CLTV, CAC, AOV, ARPU, retention, and churn.

Key Requirements

•2-4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a large-scale B2C startup or consumer internet business.
•Strong proficiency in Python and SQL plus data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, VBA) and PowerPoint.
•Experience with A/B testing, regression analysis, user segmentation, cohort analysis, churn/attrition modeling, and CLTV models.
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics.
•Preferred certifications in data intelligence/BI reporting/AI and an AI-first mindset comfortable with AI models (including MCP/connectors).
