Key Responsibilities

  • •Assume responsibility for accurate teller operations while coaching other tellers in an in-person branch setting.
  • •Act as a resource to identify and resolve more complex client servicing issues and enhance client relationships.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities and transition clients to a banker for deeper financial conversations using financial wellness tools.
  • •Manage day-to-day teller line duties, including scheduling, observing and coaching tellers, and overseeing operational and compliance standards.
  • •Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures; balance cash drawer within guidelines; support onboarding and training for new tellers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.75 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •Minimum of 3 years demonstrated superior client relationship skills.
  • •Minimum of 3 years' experience in cash handling.
  • •Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, foster teamwork, and manage multiple tasks.
