Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate various automotive trucks to haul stone, earth, waste lubricants, fuel, water, supplies, and miscellaneous store materials.
  • •Adhere to MSHA/OSHA/DOT and site safety rules, including daily safety assignments such as risk assessments, workplace exams, pre-shifts, and JSA's.
  • •Perform pre-shift safety inspections on equipment before operating.
  • •Haul and dump materials safely, including inspecting berms and stockpile/dump area stability before dumping loads.
  • •Determine and add needed fuels/coolants/lubricants/ignition aids, inspect and service the truck, and maintain cleanliness of the cab and equipment.
