Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end project management for Oracle Fusion ERP implementations, enhancements, migrations, and transformation programs through go-live and hypercare.
  • •Manage multiple concurrent workstreams and maintain an integrated project plan across business, functional, technical, data, testing, and deployment activities.
  • •Create and maintain core delivery artifacts including schedules, milestone plans, RAID logs, dependency trackers, RACI matrices, and executive status reporting.
  • •Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, systems integrators, and vendors to align scope, timing, deliverables, and decisions.
  • •Drive governance and escalation routines, actively managing critical path, risks/issues, and cross-workstream blockers throughout delivery.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of project management experience, including 5+ years leading ERP programs or large enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading Oracle Fusion ERP projects or closely related Oracle ERP transformation programs.
  • •Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining an integrated schedule and clear accountability.
  • •Strong understanding of ERP delivery lifecycle activities including planning, build, test, data migration, cutover, go-live, and stabilization.
  • •PMP certification (or equivalent) is preferred.
