Key Responsibilities

  • •Own monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes for assigned GTM functions.
  • •Lead budget-versus-actuals analysis, identify key drivers, and communicate actionable recommendations to business partners.
  • •Build and maintain financial models covering headcount, operating expenses, and GTM investments.
  • •Partner with functional leaders to develop annual plans, quarterly outlooks, and scenario analyses.
  • •Reconcile financial and operational data across systems, improve data quality and controls, and create dashboards and executive-ready reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, investment banking, consulting, business operations, or a related analytical field.
  • •Strong financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; experience with HEX is a plus.
  • •Experience with forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, scenario modeling, and executive reporting.
  • •Ability to connect financial results to operational drivers and communicate complex analysis to non-finance stakeholders.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project-management skills, including comfort working with large, imperfect datasets.
