•Develop and execute a communications strategy that is brief, relevant, and compelling, and keeps pace with how people actually communicate.
•Design and manage the communications architecture across our employee portal, knowledge repository, and Slack channels, including enabling employees to use them effectively.
•Create internal and social content in partnership with executives across the business, ensuring clear messaging and alignment with Crusoe’s culture.
•Lead change management and HR communications for major people initiatives, ensuring messaging is clear and impactful.
•Maintain an organized, accessible, and up-to-date content management system and internal comms playbook to extend the team’s reach across leaders and teams.
