Lead and mentor a small team of TechOps Payments Analysts in a player-coach role, helping associates deliver against goals. Own weekly business reviews and capacity scheduling, unblock complex reconciliation issues with TechOps/Engineering/XFN partners, and support recruitment, feedback, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a player-coach by mentoring associates and supporting goal delivery in TechOps payments operations.
•Champion metrics-driven analysis and automation to optimize team performance and streamline data reporting.
•Use data to guide people management strategies, productivity, and weekly business reviews (WBR) to support decision-making.
•Manage capacity and scheduling by dividing and assigning work across team members.
•Lead discussions with TechOps, Engineering, and XFN partners to unblock complex reconciliation issues, while setting goals and expectations and supporting hiring.

Key Requirements

•Been performing well in your current role for at least 12 months.
•9+ years experience, including 1-2+ years leading operations teams.
•Strong SQL, data analysis, and payments reconciliation skills.
•Ownership mindset and ability to unblock the team with internal/external help.
•Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning, time management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
