Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate on treatment plans with doctors in real-time to refine case designs for optimal outcomes
•Provide live clinical support to clinicians via phone, chat, and video to troubleshoot issues and clarify workflows
•Facilitate cross-functional communication between doctors and Dandy lab teams, translating clinical feedback into production guidance
•Translate clinical and technical feedback into actionable design improvements for cases
•Build rapport with clinicians and manage multiple complex conversations with professionalism and care

Key Requirements

•3+ years in a dental technician role
•2+ years of experience in 3Shape CAD/CAM design (including implant and crown & bridge cases)

•technologically adept with the ability to learn and navigate dental design platforms quickly
•proven ability to build rapport with clinicians and provide empathetic, professional support
