Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop business strategies to drive growth, mitigate credit losses, and pursue profitability under shifting customer and regulatory demands.
  • •Develop and implement new analytical products for commercial loan segments, leading product-level modeling and analytics.
  • •Connect drivers of future customer credit trends to historical behavior to create risk frameworks and test hypotheses with rigorous monitoring.
  • •Manage and sequence delivery of business intent by building business requirements and executing against the product strategy across multiple projects and programs.
  • •Partner with internal teams across product, tech, underwriting, credit, and sales to improve credit risk management and profitability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 149,800 - 188,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (or related quantitative field) or a Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
  • •Or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.
  • •Proven decision-making and problem-solving based on analytics and strong quantitative orientation.
  • •Experience in people management (2+ years) and/or financial services analysis experience is preferred.
