Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership within the team and functional areas delivering strategic focus to AGS FSO.
  • •Own quarterly operational reporting, ensuring accurate performance tracking, actionable insights, and alignment with company objectives.
  • •Drive operational execution by FSO leaders to achieve SPO KPIs and program/project objectives, including productivity and financial targets.
  • •Manage FSO team headcount allocation (Customer Engineers, Field Managers, Site Operations Administrators) to meet productivity and financial goals.
  • •Ensure project/program objectives are defined with milestones/resource planning, completed on schedule and cost/resource targets, and documented with appropriate cross-functional communication.
