Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete the FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities from day one through program completion, including consultative selling skills certification.
  • •Develop and maintain consumer and small business customer relationships and deliver a memorable customer experience.
  • •Build knowledge of the bank’s products, services, processes, and internal resources to guide and lead the team.
  • •Apply the consultative sales process to identify customer financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • •Source, develop, coach, and lead a team aligned with core values and business strategies; assist with employee feedback, development, recognition, and rewards.
