Key Responsibilities

  • •Join a dedicated deal team and collaborate with banking teams globally on client solutions for corporates, private equity firms, and financial institutions.
  • •Be placed in Strategic Advisory, Corporate Finance, or Financing Solutions based on interests and business needs.
  • •Get exposure to live deals and support the work behind real transactions happening in real time.
  • •Build understanding of financial statements by learning to read balance sheets, spot anomalies, and calculate key ratios.
  • •Help create client materials and support research, financial modelling (including DCF and leveraged buyouts), and credit analysis.
