Key Responsibilities

•Join a dedicated deal team and collaborate with banking teams globally on client solutions for corporates, private equity firms, and financial institutions.
•Be placed in Strategic Advisory, Corporate Finance, or Financing Solutions based on interests and business needs.
•Get exposure to live deals and support the work behind real transactions happening in real time.
•Build understanding of financial statements by learning to read balance sheets, spot anomalies, and calculate key ratios.
•Help create client materials and support research, financial modelling (including DCF and leveraged buyouts), and credit analysis.

•Use analytical thinking to work with numbers, spot patterns, and maintain attention to detail.
