Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage the site-wide facilities commissioning program, including master commissioning plans, system turnover packages, and commissioning schedules.
  • •Lead QA/QC oversight across trade contractors to ensure inspection and test plans (ITPs) are in place, executed, and documented for all scopes.
  • •Drive pre-functional and functional testing for MERFEI systems and key building/process support utilities (cleanroom HVAC, UPW, chemical distribution, electrical power, and BMS).
  • •Coordinate system walkdowns, manage punch list generation and resolution with the Construction Manager, trade contractors, and TI D&E discipline leads.
  • •Track commissioning progress and maintain complete, auditable commissioning and quality records; compile and deliver final system turnover documentation packages.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • •5 years of relevant experience supporting facilities and/or project teams.
  • •Experience developing and executing commissioning plans, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and system turnover packages.
  • •Knowledge of fab systems such as cleanroom HVAC, ultra-pure water (UPW), chemical distribution, electrical power, and building automation.
  • •Experience in commissioning or QA/QC leadership for semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or large-scale industrial construction projects.
