Key Responsibilities

  • •Convert, update, and maintain client requirements and translate them into standard technical requirement templates for the TBS system
  • •Coordinate system configuration and provide guidance on deployment or migration of system updates into production
  • •Clarify requirements with internal teams and communicate client expectations while providing domain-specific expertise on benefits structure and system integration
  • •Validate testing approaches for non-standard solutions, support system delivery demonstrations in an agile fashion, and coordinate with Data Analysts
  • •Mentor team members on proprietary tools and help configure, test, debug, monitor, and report on system capabilities

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in TBS configuration and building
  • •Experience preparing technical user documentation and implementing new projects
  • •Support technical expertise for new solutions and propose new technical solutions for Health and Benefits
  • •Understanding of processes within the Health and Benefits department
  • •Experience with TBS products such as TBS Lite templates, TRS, and multi-country platforms
