Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide contractual and commercial leadership across a diverse project portfolio and business activities.
  • •Manage contract review workloads, advise stakeholders on contract matters, and drive best-practice contract management.
  • •Lead and develop the assigned contracts team while working closely with the Head of Contracts.
  • •Manage the preparation, negotiation, establishment, and administration of Joint Venture and/or Partnering agreements.
  • •Provide commercial contract governance and assurance, including corrective action recommendations and input to tenders/proposals and contract flowdowns.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree required in Law, Quantity Surveying, or a Business Degree.
  • •Proven track record in contract review, drafting, and negotiation in a service company environment.
  • •Experience in the industry to understand and apply key contracting principles.
  • •Experience negotiating and setting up JVs, MOUs, bidding agreements, and consortium agreements.
  • •Expert knowledge of contract terms and principles, including drafting and rollout of contracting policies.
