Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and operate multiple machines and equipment (welders and grinders) to produce Carbide Tipped Saw products per procedures.
  • •Adjust guides, vise, grinding wheels, and indexing cams; set speeds and feeds; change wheels/belts and maintain coolant and lubricants.
  • •Load and unload coils using overhead electric hoist; move materials and products using hydraulic and hand truck.
  • •Perform first-piece and ongoing inspections using optical comparator and other instruments; check micrometers each shift and record findings.
  • •Maintain required records and perform routine maintenance and equipment checks; detect and report defects, unsafe equipment/materials, and unusual situations while following safety rules.
