Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership and direction for cost management services, including leading a cost management team and ensuring accountabilities are delivered.
  • •Interface with clients, stakeholders, and consultants across all project stages and maintain communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Perform quantity surveying, cost controls, and change management activities from start to finish.
  • •Serve as the first point of contact for reporting overall commercial status and drive Turner & Townsend best practices across projects/programs.
  • •Utilize internal software and Business Management Systems for margin tracking, fee/resource forecasts, risk mitigation planning, KPI measurement, and internal/external BMS audits.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant experience working in a cost management role in the construction industry.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •SME in Quantity Surveying and RICS certified (or equivalent accreditation).
  • •Construction consultancy experience is strongly preferred.
  • •Excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills.
