Key Responsibilities

  • •Own daily operations of commission invoices for the Capital One Travel business.
  • •Investigate discrepancies between paid and invoiced amounts and reconcile supplier receivables.
  • •Identify and drive solutions for process and data-quality inefficiencies and control enhancements.
  • •Generate KPI reporting including Days Sales Outstanding, bad debt, and AR aging.
  • •Support risk management activities (procedures maintenance, control testing, and process-level assessments) and collaborate with risk offices on best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in Accounting, Audit, Risk Management, or Finance (or a combination).
  • •At least 1 year of experience utilizing SQL.
  • •Experience investigating complex data issues and building scalable solutions (preferred 2+ years).
  • •Prior experience in Accounts Receivable and working with an ERP-based accounting system (preferred).
