•Identify manual, repetitive marketing workflows and replace them with AI-driven solutions.
•Build and deploy agentic workflows across content, segmentation, reporting, and lead enrichment.
•Design connected systems and data pipelines that surface insights automatically.
•Create a centralized, AI-queryable knowledge foundation across product, personas, and market intelligence.
•Automate campaign reporting, post-event analysis, and ongoing performance insights

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4 to 8 years of experience in marketing, marketing technology, growth, or RevOps with context to pipeline and revenue outcomes
•Proven ability to take manual or broken workflows and build AI-driven solutions independently
•Strong AI fluency with hands-on experience building workflows and automations using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, n8n, Make, Gumloop, or similar
•Technical aptitude and comfort working with systems, APIs, webhooks, and data flows
•Direct experience using AI tools to automate or accelerate work beyond basic content generation
