Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a portfolio of technology projects and a team of developers with expertise in distributed microservices and full-stack systems to meet regulatory needs.
  • •Mentor engineering talent and develop Lead Engineers, building succession plans and scaling leadership capability across teams.
  • •Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions that drive customer experiences.
  • •Lead Agile engineering teams/programs by providing strategic direction and ensuring delivery of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
  • •Drive end-to-end design and implementation of large-scale distributed or cloud-native systems, ensuring high reliability and performance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 209,000 - 238,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
  • •At least 6 years of experience in software engineering (internship experience does not apply).
  • •At least 3 years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or virtualization technologies.
  • •At least 3 years of people management experience.
  • •Experience leading end-to-end design and implementation of distributed or cloud-native systems with high reliability and performance requirements.
