Global Security Training and Education Manager

Build and lead a company-wide security education and exercise program to strengthen enterprise readiness. Own the security training lifecycle—from needs analysis and curriculum development to delivery and evaluation—covering modules on crisis management, physical security, and travel safety. Design and facilitate tabletop exercises for Emergency Response Teams, the Crisis Management Team, and senior leadership, then drive continuous improvement through outcomes analysis and After Action Reports.
