Key Responsibilities

•Paint vehicles using base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats.
•Blend adjacent panels and perform paint correcting on vehicles.
•Use state-of-the-art tools in Carvana’s high-tech Inspection Centers.
•Work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment and sometimes in heat/cold conditions.
•Follow safety procedures and be able to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of professional automotive painting experience.
•Highly skilled in painting base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats.
•Experience blending adjacent panels and paint correcting vehicles.
•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
•Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license (some roles may require an MVR check).
