Job Summary

Finance Manager in Korea overseeing statutory reporting, financial management and transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities

•Ensure compliance with Korean regulations including VAT, CIT, withholding taxes, and other applicable laws
•Coordinate with external auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits and maintain accurate records per Korean GAAP/K-IFRS
•Lead month-end and year-end closing processes and prepare financial statements, MIS and dashboards
•Drive cash flow forecasting and liaise with central treasury for funding requirements
•Act as a key finance stakeholder in D365 implementation projects and drive process improvements and automation initiatives

Key Requirements

•CPA (Korea) preferred; MBA (Finance) or equivalent is a plus
•6–10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
•Strong knowledge of Korean taxation, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
•Hands-on experience with ERP systems (D365 preferred)
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
