Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure job readiness and financial capabilities programs are well-managed and maintain strong community reputation.
  • •Assist in developing and distributing centralized tools and resources for the CI&I team and engagement specialists.
  • •Lead strategic planning and operational improvements to enable program scale and manage program priorities and roadmaps.
  • •Manage external partner relationships, sourcing new partners and volunteers, and serving as liaison for a portfolio of programs.
  • •Ensure data collection for volunteer hours and impact, analyze partner feedback, and package insights for monthly reporting and storytelling opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of experience in program management, project management, or event management.
  • •Experience with talent recruitment and placement for professional services or volunteer recruitment.
  • •Experience in consulting services.
