Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership across one or more critical domains, owning the design and evolution of large-scale, business-critical systems.
  • •Set architectural direction by leading system design and making high-leverage technical decisions in alignment with long-term strategy.
  • •Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to deliver scalable, resilient technical solutions and influence roadmap trade-offs.
  • •Operate across the full system lifecycle from discovery and architecture through production operations, reliability, performance, and cost optimization.
  • •Raise the technical bar by defining engineering standards, guiding design reviews, mentoring senior engineers, and driving initiatives to improve velocity, quality, and resilience.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong technical foundation in computer science or closely related discipline, supported by formal education and/or equivalent industry experience.
  • •Extensive experience building and operating production systems at scale (often aligning with 10+ years).
  • •Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design, with the ability to apply concepts to high-scale problems.
  • •Proven ability to design, write, and evolve high-quality software in one or more modern programming languages with maintainability, performance, and operational robustness.
  • •Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to decompose ambiguous, multi-dimensional problems into effective technical outcomes.
