Key Responsibilities

  • •Take temperatures and weights of products in process; record results.
  • •Complete pre-operational inspections and perform required quality testing on ingredients in the QA Lab.
  • •Audit trained individuals and monitoring on the production floor for conformance.
  • •Observe operation of X-ray and Metal Detector machines and record results.
  • •Ensure HACCP and GMP guidelines are followed; compile reports and file paperwork.
