Key Responsibilities

•Support the Director of Security in the execution and continuous enhancement of the property’s security strategy.
•Ensure full compliance with corporate policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
•Oversee daily security operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and a high level of professionalism across all shifts.
•Lead incident management processes, including reporting, investigation, and resolution of security-related matters.
•Analyze risks and implement preventive measures to protect guests, colleagues, and property assets.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar security leadership role, preferably within hospitality or luxury environments.
•High school diploma or equivalent (degree or certifications in security, safety, or related fields are preferred).
•Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
•Strong knowledge of security operations, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
•Certification or training in emergency response (preferred).
