Key Responsibilities

  • •Build a strategic client acquisition pipeline to deepen/expand the portfolio and drive new loan fundings, deposits, PxV, and commercial card spend.
  • •Ensure appropriate client coverage through disciplined calling, understanding client strategic/financial objectives, and delivering best-in-class client experiences.
  • •Partner across the firm to deliver full-bank solutions and manage deals from inception to close.
  • •Maintain and apply up-to-date knowledge of banking products, financial markets, regulations, and business trends in the relevant market.
  • •Manage risk/return and ensure quality for new and existing clients by identifying and mitigating regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
  • •10+ years of commercial banking experience, including credit analysis and/or portfolio management for middle market and corporate clients.
  • •Advanced knowledge of banking products/services, industry trends, and financial acumen to assess and deliver on client needs.
  • •Formal credit training (Commercial Credit Certification) or equivalent underwriting experience.
