Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the multi-year modernization roadmap for Fireblocks’ security infrastructure across in-house tooling and SaaS platforms.
  • •Define architecture for centralized security operations, including security data lake, SaaS security, and cloud security.
  • •Build and evolve the security data lake and the logging, detection, and analytics pipelines.
  • •Optimize security data infrastructure to improve detection speed, investigation depth, and automated response.
  • •Coordinate across Security, R&D, and DevOps to deliver infrastructure projects end-to-end and define impact metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience, including leadership in SecOps, Application Security, or DevSecOps.
  • •At least 3–4 years in a formal leadership or management capacity.
  • •Hands-on security engineering background implementing and optimizing security systems.
  • •Experience building security systems/workflows handling large-scale data (e.g., security data lakes, SIEM) with logging, auditing, and cloud infrastructure.
  • •Hands-on experience implementing AI workflows/tools to optimize security operations; familiar with AI security tooling.
