Key Responsibilities

  • •Process, post, and clear transactions related to private debt instruments and alternative investment products.
  • •Process income payments, capital calls, distributions, and lifecycle events for private market assets.
  • •Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing activities for private debt instruments and alternative investment products.
  • •Perform monthly reconciliations of private asset holdings, alternative investment products, and related cash accounts.
  • •Collaborate with investment teams, custodians, and third-party administrators to resolve complex operational issues and improve controls and quality checks as part of the closing process.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 82,375 - 134,875 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years’ experience in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting, or a High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 4+ years’ experience in Investment operations.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience working with private debt asset classes and alternative investments products.
  • •Familiarity with investment instruments such as bonds, equities, private debt asset classes and alternative investments products.
  • •Experience with FSCM, FAM, or TRM modules in SAP Treasury (financial technical skills are an asset).
  • •Ability to work independently, solve operational issues, communicate complex information clearly, and maintain strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
