Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
  • •Identify customer needs and proactively recommend and sell upgraded solutions on-site.
  • •Educate homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
  • •Conduct a safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for technicians and customers.
  • •Participate in coaching and training to develop skills and advance within the organization.

Key Requirements

  • •Have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record; be able to pass post-offer background investigation and applicable licensing requirements.
