Key Responsibilities

  • •Under the guidance of the lead therapist, provide treatments to guests to meet technical and service standards.
  • •Maintain guest privacy and safety, arrive promptly, and adhere to grooming/uniform standards and spa SOPs.
  • •Offer spa treatment protocols and deliver highest technical and service standards to guests.
  • •Sell spa services and retail products to meet personal and budgetary goals; assist with product inventory.
  • •Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and related areas; prepare treatments effectively and promptly, and assist with linen inventory control.
