Key Responsibilities

•Support the successful delivery of multi-disciplinary complex projects within collaborative delivery teams
•Client-side project management, including stakeholder, H&S, risk, quality, schedule, and contract management
•Ensure projects and commissions are delivered to the satisfaction of the client for quality, cost, and time
•Support and manage the project team ensuring appropriate resources are provided on projects, meeting the client and business requirements
•Actively manage subcontractors and resources remote from the core project team

Key Requirements

•NEC4 ECC Accredited
•Proven consulting PM experience delivering full spectrum PM services (lead meetings, reporting, tender documentation, post‑contract admin)
•Degree in project management, engineering, environmental science, construction or equivalent
•Demonstrable knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contract management
•Project management qualification (APMQ/PRINCE2) desirable, Chartered status desirable (MRICS/APM/CIOB)
