Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and manage the product roadmap for the Industrial & Physical AI portfolio aligned to global fab expansion programs.
  • •Lead stakeholder discovery across Construction, Facilities, EHS, Manufacturing Operations, Equipment Engineering, and Material Handling to gather requirements and success criteria.
  • •Translate business needs into clear, testable requirements including user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs/FRDs, data requirements, and AI model performance metrics.
  • •Own and prioritize the product backlog balancing value, feasibility, risks, and delivery timelines; run Agile product activities (backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, release planning).
  • •Drive delivery through a hybrid Agile/Waterfall approach and coordinate with software, data, ML, and integration teams while tracking adoption and product performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Minimum 8 years’ experience in product management, product ownership, technical program management, or related roles supporting software, data, AI, automation, or industrial technology products.
  • •Proven ability to translate business requirements into product roadmaps, requirements, and technical deliverables.
  • •Experience leading large-scale digital transformation, AI, automation, or industrial technology initiatives from concept through deployment.
  • •Experience working in Agile product development and delivering solutions using a hybrid Agile and Waterfall methodology.
