Key Responsibilities

•Own QA across capacity delivery engineering, with design deliverables checked before they reach the field.
•Build the QA program for a productized build using checklists, hold points, and acceptance criteria embedded in reference design.
•Audit vendor and field quality against specifications and drive nonconformances to closed root cause.
•Feed quality lessons back into the design to prevent repeat mistakes.
•Embed and execute quality processes to ensure sites meet acceptance criteria.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 161,000 - 197,000 annually

•Catch expensive errors on paper and clearly communicate the story behind them.
•Write inspection and test plans that crews actually follow.
•Close NCRs at root cause (not just at symptom) and drive nonconformances to closure.
