Job Summary

Support the EPA Office of Information Technology with agile delivery and requirement management for low-code application development and O&M activities. Gather business and user requirements, elicit and refine them into stories with acceptance criteria, and create business documentation. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives), groom the backlog, track velocity in Jira, and help ensure approved changes are integrated.

•Prepare documents such as wireframes, design flow, and UI as required.
•Provide Scrum leadership: facilitate sprint/release planning, daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, groom the product backlog, track velocity/progress in Jira, and support QA/Test activities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 158,000 annually

•Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master/Certified SAFe Agilist.
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment across diverse systems and groups.
•Ability to facilitate discussions and help team members resolve conflicts.
•Experience using agile project management tools such as Jira and ServiceNow.
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication and time management skills.
