Job Summary

Plan and execute Wise internal events with support from the Events Lead, covering everything from pre-event planning and onsite logistics to post-event evaluation. Manage detailed project plans, budgets, vendors, and venue sourcing, while mitigating risks across locations. Coordinate live conferences, webinars, video conferences, and live streams with internal teams and external partners, and present event-related data and learnings for future improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Events Lead in planning and executing Wise internal company events across Budapest and other locations when needed.
•Follow detailed project plans by creating sub-plans, defining tasks, risks, timelines, and resource requirements for pre-event, onsite, and post-event activities.
•Oversee event logistics for live conferences, webinars, video conferences, and live streams, including travel, transportation, and accommodation guidance.
•Source venues and negotiate with vendors to keep event budgets under control; manage vendor onboarding and partner relationships.
•Run post-event evaluations by gathering feedback, analysing event data, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: HUF 830,000 - 1,100,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of end-to-end events experience specifically in Budapest.
•Experience managing end-to-end events for audiences from under 100 to over 1000 attendees.
•Ability to build strong relationships across geographies and balance local needs with global impact.
•Ability to work effectively both independently and in team settings.
•Strong skills in planning, coordination, and execution of events.
