•Drive and monitor store KPIs (Conversion, Average Sale, UPT) and lead the team to meet or exceed sales goals and profitability targets.
•Oversee inventory management and maintain Visual Merchandising standards to minimize shrink and ensure accurate merchandising.
•Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support organizational goals and communicate brand activities to staff.

•Prior experience in retail or related industry
•Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
•Experience managing and leading a team
•Dynamic interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
•Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment
