Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate end-to-end event planning for conferences, training sessions, corporate meetings, and dinners, including timelines and logistical plans.
  • •Lead on-site execution—setup, vendor coordination, and issue resolution—to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • •Source and manage relationships with venues and vendors (AV, catering, travel), and negotiate contracts in conjunction with leadership.
  • •Manage event registration, RSVP tracking, attendee communications, and registration reporting in collaboration with marketing.
  • •Support budgets and reporting: track expenses, process invoices and vendor payments, and deliver post-event attendance/feedback recommendations.
